I bought this product less than two weeks ago and it's already stopped working. The tube burst after four days, which was disappointing given its relatively short lifespan. I was shocked when I received a replacement tubing that also stopped working just two days later. As the issue is with the product itself, not with its packaging or shipping, I felt frustrated by the lack of customer support.

The fact that it's so heavy around the neck isn't what bothers me the most, though - it's more of a nuisance than anything. What really gets my goat is how little consideration was taken in designing such a fragile product. The sound it makes when leaking is deafening and constant, and I've had to empty it multiple times just to deal with the mess.

I wish the manufacturer had thought through the quality control process before releasing this item into production. It's astonishing that an expensive product could be so poorly made. Needless to say, I would not recommend this product to anyone.
