I had been looking at highchairs for weeks, but somehow my decision had gotten lost in the shuffle. That was until I stumbled upon Mama & Pappa's - they were a familiar brand that had become synonymous with my first child's early days of life. The basket underneath is quite useful and it's great to know I can stash some little essentials away when I need them.

A removable seat cover would have been nice, but I suppose that wasn't part of the package deal. However, the overall highchair itself is a good one - sturdy construction, comfortable cushioning... although, there are a couple of minor drawbacks.

Assembling it was a bit of a challenge online, with poor instructions that made little sense to me at first. Putting on the feet was tricky too - it required some finesse to get into the tight space and screw in place without any issues. I'd recommend doing this part before attaching the legs, just so you can get a feel for it all.

While folding is relatively straightforward, the whole experience feels a bit awkward at times. The tray area, on the other hand, takes some fiddling to figure out how to slide it on and off - even with some force, it still needs a bit of coaxing into place.

Cleaning this thing is quite easy, but I do worry about baby getting hurt while putting him in or out. It does require a bit of pressure and finagling with the clips to get things working smoothly, so maybe that's something to consider before bringing your little one on board.

Despite some minor flaws, I'm rather pleased with this highchair overall - it's light enough for me to maneuver about easily, has nice wheels with locks to keep it steady. Overall, it's a good chair.
