Everything still in them , they have been used for a bit so the slow teats are cloudy but they do get stained easily from breast milk and boiling . Doesn't affect the use . The medium teats and the soft bottle spout haven't been used and are brand new. You can get one complete box set for 30 or both boxes for 50. There will be different listings for each if the item is 30 then you only get one , if the listing is 50 then you get both .
