This has only been used once as a rucksack and not as a baby item. It has a frame like a doctor's bag so it stays open while you look inside. It has an insulated front zipped flap for bottles and side pouches for wipes etc. It has two straps so it can be attached to a pram. It is completely clean inside but please look at photo three. I have tried to show that there is a slight defect where the elastic edging has come away from the fabric of the pocket. I can sew this for you if you wish or you may prefer to do your own repair.
