Still in original packaging and has all tags attached. Has a slight mark on the front from the sun as it was stored under a window. Changing mat that is water proof is also included either the bag. It has quite a few pockets some zipped others not. One of the outer side pocket you can put your wipes in for ease of use. The pocket has a plastic attachment you can close so the wipe say wet .
